Unzip the archive to a subdirectory of your VS/VSE installation or to a new directory. Ensure that your PATH includes the lib directory path. Launch Visual Smalltalk, open the Service Manager from the Transcript menu bar, open file lib\OW.ini from the Service Manager, then add it to the master file. Once the Service Manager is open select and install the item named "OpenWorlds Builder". To launch the OpenWorlds Builder, select the menu item Smalltalk-OpenWorlds Builder from the Transcript menu bar.
